Out of Hours Theatre Company present

Fri 15th Jan 2016, 8.00pm

“Live a life forgotten…”

By day, six overworked and underpaid office workers face the brutal reality of their mundane adult lives. But on one night of every week, they kiss goodbye to the confines of reality, call home to say they’re running late, and re-enter the rose tinted world of their imaginations, the world of childhood lives long since forgotten...

The debut production by Out of Hours Theatre Company, BREAKAWAY promises to be a fast paced mix of slick combat, effortless humour and a touching reminder of the child that lurks within us all.

Single Shoe Productions present

Wed 20th Jan 2016, 8:00pm

CRAZY GLUE follows the tragicomic roller coaster of a couple’s romance as they move from the blossoming of first love through to the thornier terrain of married life. Inspired by the physical comedy of Buster Keaton and the madcap absurdity of Looney Tunes, Single Shoe Productions fuse clown, mime and dance into a universally accessible show that reveals the mad, messy, sticky side of love.

“Love hurts, exquisitely.” ★★★★ The Metro

“Touching, funny ... a gem” ★★★★ Plays to See

Little Angel Theatre Company present

Sun 24th Jan 2016, 11.30am | 1pm | 3pm

Based on the book by Eileen Brown, this beautiful story weaves puppetry, music and dance to introduce counting and animals to children aged 2-6.

Following the sell-out tour of Handa’s Surprise, Handa and Akeyo are back, and this time they’re searching for Grandma’s black hen, Mondi. During their search they find two fluttery butterflies round the hen house, three stripy mice under the grain store, four little lizards behind the pots… But where is Mondi?

"Little Angel has come up with another winner...a beautiful introduction to theatre - highly recommended." The Ham and High

“This warm, inclusive show has an increasingly energising effect on the young audience … a sweet safari…and you learn how to count to ten in Swahili.” The Stage
